Every Nineteen Ops holster is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If your product breaks due to normal use Such as training, fighting, and normal wear, we will fix it. If you break it negligently such as leaving your holster in your car on a hot summer day, using it as a Hammer, jumping on it, etc. Will VOID the Warranty.
In order to submit a warranty claim please send pictures of the broken holster to Nineteenops.com or email us at www.19ops@gmail.com along with your order number if you have it, and we'll be happy to help you out!

Who Do I Contact?
Our agreements with other manufacturers say that we are supposed to let them handle all warranty claims. We would recommend getting in touch with them first. If, for whatever reason, good or bad, they don't get back in touch with you or don't fix your issue, please let us know at Nineteenops.com and we'll see what we can do to help you out.
